Specific project scopes, timelines, deliverables, and billing parameters will be detailed in individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or project statements of work (SOWs) signed separately between us and the client.

3. Payment & Billing

All service prices quoted on our website or marketing collateral represent starting points. Final pricing depends on project customization. Invoices must be paid according to the milestones defined in the individual contract. Failure to pay fees on time may result in temporary suspension or termination of service delivery, search campaigns, or hosting access.

4. Client Responsibilities

For us to deliver quality services, you agree to provide accurate contact information (including your active email and phone number) and respond in a timely manner with resources, content copy, brand logos, or administrative access keys when requested. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by client inaction or delayed feedback cycles.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all source codes, custom designs, graphic assets, and technical infrastructure built specifically for you will become your property upon receipt of full final payment. All design tools, pre-existing code libraries, and methodologies used during development remain the intellectual property of Isystuumm Technologies.

6. Limitation of Liability

Isystuumm Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, fluctuations in search engine rankings, changes in advertising policies of third-party platforms (like Google, Meta, Amazon, or Flipkart), or security breaches on third-party servers.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted directly to this page with an updated "Last Updated" timestamp. Your continued use of our website or active services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of New Delhi, India.
